The bill is to increase social protection for combatants and disabled persons of group II and III of the period of war with Japan in 1945, and who turned 85 and more by granting them special privileges stipulated by the Law "On the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection" for war veterans of I group.

The respective bill was registered under No.1087.
